We offer free shipping via recognized and reputable carriers. For international shipments, we use FedEx, and for local shipments within Australia, we use Direct Freight Express. 24/7 Golf reserves the right to change the carrier at any time unless the customer has specifically requested and paid for a particular service. All orders require a signature on delivery—no Authority to Leave will be granted. Buyers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address on the delivery date. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Items are shipped from our Moorabbin warehouse. For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs, brokerage, international fees, and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be due before, on, or after delivery. Shipments may also be inspected, opened, and/or delayed by customs due to security checks.

The product’s lead time is the period between the date of payment (or layout approval for custom orders) and the shipping date. Some products may be eligible for rush shipping at an additional cost, which includes expedited courier services.
