Unfortunately, we can't offer returns, replacements or refunds if the equipment is undamaged and you have changed your mind after buying.

A twelve-month domestic and personal use warranty covers any problems with the enclosure. However, you must ensure to properly attach the velcro border protection pads to the impact screen across the left, right and top edges before you start using it.
